reseach areas:
In
the faculty, research is conducted on a regular basis in
all branches of the law: the history and theory of law,
roman law, constitutional tax, administrative (including
the administrative process) as well as agriculture and environment
law, international public and private law, criminal law,
the law of criminal proceedings and criminology, civil law
(including commercial law, insurance law, European law,
labour law, social policy law, management, macro and micro
economy as well as marketing and international market exchange).
Recently more emphasis has been placed upon the harmonisation
of law and integration processes in the EC.
