The majority of study programs are five-year master's programs, terminating with the master's degree. The University is gradually introducing three-year licentiate (non-master'
s) programs followed by two-year master's programs. All faculties of the University offer doctoral and post-doctoral programs.

Licentiate (B.A. or B.Sc.) University level qualifications
Master of Arts (M.A.) and Master of Sciences (M.Sc.) University level qualifications
Advanced/postgraduate study:
- Doctorate
- Higher/post doctorate (habilitatus)

A three-step model of education comprising the: bachelor degree, master degree and doctor degree (PhD) is becoming more and more popular.
